2 oz Bourbon (We recommend Old Grand-Dad. If it was Harry Truman’s bourbon of choice, it’s good enough for us, too.)
3/4 oz Tippleman’s Ginger Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Handful of Sage, muddled
Garnish with Sage
